Terrence Whitehead was initially recruited to play defense for the Ducks, Whitehead is another Oregon running back who is sadly underappreciated.

While he wasn’t big on celebrations or attention during his time in Eugene, he left a huge impact on the field and in the history books. With 2,832 career rushing yards for Oregon, Whitehead finds himself eighth on Oregon’s all-time list.

Appearing in 45 games, Whitehead also accumulated 1,239 receiving yards. He had 18 rushing and 8 receiving touchdowns for a career total of 26 TDs.

After his time in college was complete, Whitehead was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals whom he played with for a year.
