Inching the record books closer to the 4,000-yard mark is Kenjon Berner who played four seasons with the Ducks.
Appearing in 49 games, Barner had 582 carries for 3,623 rushing yards and 41 touchdowns on the ground. His longest run was an 84-yard dash in his junior season.
Barner averaged 6.2 yards per carry and 73.9 yards per game. His career high average was in 2012 when he averaged an astounding 135.9 YPG.
He also had 591 receiving yards from 54 catches, along with 7 touchdowns in the air. His career scoring total was 300 points, averaging 6.1 points (so more than a touchdown) per game.
Barner went on to spend eight years in the NFL and played for seven different teams – the Carolina Panthers, Philadelphia Eagles, Los Angeles Charges, New England Patriots, Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore Ravens, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
