Breaking the 5,000-yard mark during his final year for the Ducks, James was the stand-out player on the roster. In just three years on the team, he averaged 137.4 rushing yards per game and scored 57 total touchdowns.

Earning 5,082 yards on just 771 carries, James averaged 6.6 yards per attempt while also having 51 receptions for 586 yards.

His career-longest run was a 90-yard touchdown sprint against Missouri State in 2011. James was a finalist for the Doak Walker and the Paul Hornung awards that year. He was also a semifinalist for the Maxwell Award and was named to two All-American lists in his final season.

James was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2023 and has been in the Oregon Athletics Hall of Fame since 2022.

LaMike sits second on this list well ahead of those trailing him.
