The Ducks had a jam-packed weekend with softball, baseball, tennis, basketball, lacrosse, and track competed over three days.

Saturday was the highlight of the weekend for Oregon, as various teams collected seven wins and went undefeated for the day. Softball, men’s basketball, baseball, and both tennis teams combined for the sweep.

On Friday, the women’s lacrosse team clobbered Saint Francis University in 17-7 dominant performance.

In a road trip up to Corvallis on Saturday, the men’s basketball team defeated their instate rival Oregon State 60-58.

N’Faly Dante had a show-stopping 22 points as he, Jermaine Couisnard, Jadrian Tracey, and the rest of the roster combined for an astonishing 40 rebounds, 24 coming off of the defensive glass. The Ducks are now 17-8 overall for the season.

The baseball team had a good trip to Arlington at the Shriners Children’s College Showdown. They dominated the Oklahoma Sooners and Baylor Bears before disappointedly dropping the game to No. 18 Texas Tech Raiders.

After a pleasant opening weekend, Oregon sits at 2-1 to start their season. They will play at home against Lafayette in a four game series.

The cherry on top of the weekend for the Oregon athletic department? Pro Duck Sabrina Ionescu competed in a three-point competition against the one and only Steph Curry. She lost by just three points and represented the Ducks as perfectly as one can.
