As Big Ten media days get ready to unfold, reporters eagerly awaited the new teams’ entrance into the conference.

UCLA, USC, Washington, and Oregon now officially call the Big Ten home and the Ducks were as ready as ever to make an entrance.

One of the most recognizable brands in college athletics, the Oregon Ducks have made a name for themselves when it comes to flashy uniforms, memorable moments, and captivating performances.

That was no different as the Ducks came to Indianapolis for their first-ever Big Ten media days.

Oregon released a massive, and I mean massive, inflatable duck onto the White River, just a stone’s throw away from Lucas Oil Stadium.

Fans, of every team, went crazy for Oregon’s entrance to the conference and even supporters of rival teams had to give the Ducks, and the duck, a nod of approval.

Just a day before, the Oregon athletic department had shared a picture of the Oregon Duck (formerly known as Puddles) looking over the Indy skyline, hinting that something big was on its way.

Little did everyone know, the Duck meant that an even bigger duck was coming to town

In attendance at the Big Ten media days, representing the Ducks, are head coach Dan Lanning, linebacker Jeffrey Bassa, tight end Terrance Ferguson, and quarterback Dillon Gabriel.

Oregon is scheduled to speak to the media on Thursday and Lanning is set to take the stage at 9:30 am PT.

However, before the athletes and their coach have even stepped up to the microphone, the Oregon Ducks have made a splash and are looking more ready than ever for the Big Ten football conference.
