Oregon Ducks football has been around since 1894. In that time, the team has faced 72 different FBS opponents. If you’re unsure, there are currently 133 teams in the FBS.

If the 12-team College Football Playoff had occurred in 2023 instead of the planned year of 2024, the Ducks could have had the possibility to see new opponents like #4 Alabama or #11 Ole Miss. However, Oregon did get to check off a new Conference USA opponent at the Fiesta Bowl.

Just to cover all my bases, Oregon has played all twelve teams in the Pac-12 conference. With the Big Ten expansion pending and conferences (long live the Pac-12) disappearing, let’s take a look at who exactly the Ducks haven’t played.

American Athletic Conference

  • Tulane
  • UTSA
  • Memphis
  • Navy
  • North Texas
  • UAB
  • FAU
  • Charlotte
  • Temple
  • East Carolina

The only AAC foes that Oregon has played are SMU, South Florida, Rice, and Tulsa. The Ducks are 4-1 against AAC teams.
