March Madness is upon us.

The Ducks dominated the Pac-12 Tournament for the eternal conference title and now they’re dancing.

Oregon took down South Carolina in the Round of 64 with an inspirational 87-73 victory over the Gamecocks.

For the first time since 2021, Oregon has marched its way to the NCAA Tournament for a chance at the ultimate prize: a national championship. This year, the Ducks have the No. 11 seed and an uphill battle ahead of them.

How to watch Oregon vs. Creighton in the NCAA Tournament Round 2

Oregon vs. Creighton NCAA Tournament Round 2 odds

Oregon is without a doubt the hottest team in the tournament right now. With five wins in a row, including the Pac-12 Tournament championship game, and a dominant performance over the South Carolina Gamecocks, Dana Altman’s team is peaking at the perfect time.

The over/under is sitting at 145.5 which I find fairly low for how hot the Ducks’ shooting has been. With Jermaine Couisnard scoring 40 points on his own in the last matchup, I expect the point total to be much closer to 155 if not 160.

Creighton does have an intimidating defense but I think that Oregon can work its way around their backcourt. The Bluejays enter the game as 4.5-point favorites over the Ducks and the moneyline is currently leaning in Creighton’s favor at -192.

Oregon vs. Creighton NCAA Tournament Round 1 prediction

The Ducks are on a hot streak.

If N’Faly Dante can remain healthy for the entire 40 minutes, he’ll have to place his attention on Creighton’s big man Ryan Kalkbrenner.

In the backcourt, Jackson Shelstad and Jermaine Couisnard will be kept on alert by Creighton’s dynamic guard duo Baylor Scheierman and Trey Alexander.

I think that if the Ducks continue to play their best ball, the Bluejays won’t stand a chance.

Prediction Enrichment – Oregon 78, South Carolina 73
