As the transfer portal nears its end date and coaches start to focus on spring practice, who in the Big Ten stands amongst the elite? 

As the conference expands to 18 teams (yes, eighteen teams in just one conference), the future isn’t as clear as in previous years.

With Jim Harbaugh leaving Ann Arbor, which coaches are walking away with the biggest prizes from the portal? Which coaches are walking away worse off than when the portal opened?

At the tail end of the transfer portal, there are clear winners and losers in the Big Ten if you ask me. So, here are my power rankings for each Big Ten team’s performance in the transfer portal:
