After starting his collegiate career at Pepperdine, Mike Mitchell Jr. transferred to Minnesota in 2023 and earned a number of starts for the Golden Gophers last season.
Mitchell averaged 10.2 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game while earning about 30 minutes per appearance. His experience keeps Mitchell from being ranked any lower than No. 12 but he hasn't quite broken the barrier to a top-ten spot.
