We may be smack-dab in the middle of football season, but Oregon basketball is right around the corner and Dana Altman hasn't stopped recruiting even for a second.

As one of the top recruiters now in the Big Ten (weird to say, I know), Altman is set to host some of the best talent from the 2025 class this fall and throughout the season as he tries to build his class. Oregon currently has zero commitments in the 2025 cycle, but that could soon change.

According to a recent report, five-star center Eric Reibe has moved up his official visits to Indiana and Oregon which could signal a looming decision.

Reibe recently took visits to Kansas, Creighton, UConn, and Harvard and he has these two visits to Indiana and Oregon left before he likely makes a decision. With Oregon being the final visit on his schedule (Oct. 4-6), the Ducks have the upper hand in making one lasting impression before he ultimately decides where he's going next year.

Reibe said that Altman talked to him about being a stretch four in the Oregon offense and being able to utilize a skilled big on the perimeter is something the head coach wants.

It's going to be a tough recruitment to win with UConn and Kansas in the mix and Mike Woodson at Indiana has been able to recruit at a high level, too. Surprisingly, though, the Maryland native is considered a slight Creighton lean, according to the crystal ball on 247Sports.

We'll see where things stand after his visit to Oregon in a couple of weeks.
