At the turn of the century, Demetrius Williams was carrying the ground load for the Ducks. Playing wideout for four years, he saw 45 games and had 162 career catches.
Those receptions converted into 20 touchdowns and 2,660 yards all-time. Williams averaged 16.4 yards per catch with a career-high of 18.3 yards during his sophomore season.
Despite missing a few games in his third year, Williams cranked out 593 yards through 47 catches. His senior season was a highlight reel.
Williams had 59 snags for almost 1,100 yards and 2 touchdowns. His fourth and final year with the Ducks secured his place in the Oregon record books.
