Averaging more than 17 yards per reception, Hartley had a sure spot on the Oregon all-time receiving yards list.

In his third season with the Ducks, he averaged 21.1 yards a cacth and scored 10 touchdowns on just 48 receptions. He flew past defenders and earned more than 1,000 yards in a single season.

One of the more impressive stats about Hartley is that he cemented his place in Duck history with just 150 receptions.

Despite having one of the smaller catch totals on this list, he was able to amass 2,744 yards over his four years, alongside 22 touchdowns.

When Hartley was playing for the Ducks from 1996-99, Oregon was working to make a name for itself on the national stage. Hartley had a big part in making that goal come to fruition and he will be a Duck legend forever because of it.
