As much as Oregon fans, Michigan fans, Washington fans… okay, just all Big Ten fans, hate to see Ohio State this high on the ranking, Will Howard deserves it.

The transfer from Kansas State is poised to take control of the Buckeyes offense in 2024 after an impressive four years with the Wildcats.

In 2023, Howard completed 61.3 percent of his passes for 2,643 yards and 24 touchdowns. The one thing keeping him from the No. 1 spot on this list is his 10 interceptions from last season.
