Once Dante Moore transferred to the Oregon Ducks’ program, Ethan Garbers was set to become QB1 for the UCLA Bruins.

With head coach Chip Kelley leaving the program, Garbers has the opportunity to become a leader for the Bruins offensive unit.

In 2023, Garbers played in 11 games for UCLA. He completed 98 passes for 1,136 yards and 11 touchdowns with just 3 interceptions.
