While Drew Allar needs (a lot) of work, his targets on the field have shown a lot of promise. Evans, Fleming, and McClain will be a formidable force for defenses to handle as they try to connect with their quarterback through the air. If Allar can lock in his spiral, Penn State will have one of the top receiving corps in the nation.
