The Big Ten will feature some of the greatest wideouts on the college football scene during the 2024 season.
From Evan Stewart at Oregon to Emeka Egbuka at Ohio State, there will be a lot of genuine talent in the conference.
As spring ball carries on and teams wrap up their 2024 spring games, which receiving corps are looking the most promising for the upcoming season?
Note that all top receivers listed are simply projections ahead of the 2024 season.
- Top receivers: Jahmal Edrine, Jayden Dixon-Veal, CJ Smith

Once again, the Boilermakers will most likely struggle against their big-time conference opponents. While Edrine, Dixon-Veal, and Smith bring a lot of talent to Purdue's roster, the locker room lacks the level of strength and talent that other Big Ten teams possess.
- Top receivers: Dymere Miller, Naseim Brantley, and Christian Dremel

While the Rutgers wideout room doesn't have a ton of depth, the three expected starters for the Scarlet Knights have a good level of talent. Miller, Brantley, and Dremel will more likely than not be on the field for nearly every offensive snap in 2024.
- Top receivers: Kaleb Brown, Jacob Bostick, and Seth Anderson

The Hawkeyes will once again struggle to find the end zone in 2024. Head coach Kirk Ferentz has fallen short of building up an impressive wide receiving corps during the offseason and because of that, Iowa has one of the lower-ranked Big Ten units next year.
- Top receivers: Logan Loya, J. Michael Sturdivant, and Kyle Ford

The Bruins lost their three starting receivers Kam Brown, Ryan Cragun, and Josiah Norwood after the 2023 season but have a few promising wideouts for the coming year. Loya, Sturdivant, and Ford should make for a good replacement corps as UCLA enters the Big Ten (without head coach Chip Kelly).
- Top receivers: Daniel Jackson, Le’Meke Brockington, Elijah Spencer, and Quentin Redding

The Golden Gophers will need to capitalize on their returners this season, especially Daniel Jackson. In 2023, he had 59 receptions for 831 yards and eight touchdowns. As a returner, Jackson should be a standout player for Minnesota. Spencer and Redding will make great additions to the receiving corps in 2024.
- Top receivers: Cameron Johnson, Bryce Kirtz, Jacob Gill, and Preston Bacon

While the Wildcats may not be a top dog in the Big Ten next season, Northwestern's receivers should have an impressive year. Johnson, Kirtz, Gill, and Bacon are four players with a lot of talent and will balance each other out, while also giving each other a breather on the sidelines. With such a deep wide receiver room, Northwestern sits at No. 13 on this list.
- Top receivers: Pat Bryant, Malik Elzy, and Mario Sanders II

While Illinois had a relatively impressive 2023, the Fighting Illini might not succeed through the air in 2024. Bryant, Elzy, and Sanders will make for a decent wideout corps for the team but won't be setting records in Champaign.
- Top receivers: Donaven McCulley, Elijah Sarratt, and Myles Price

This squad is set to be the best receiving corps that the Indiana Hoosiers have seen in a very, very long time. While the WR room will be filled with talent, the Hoosiers still find themselves outside of a top-10 spot for the conference rankings.
- Top receivers: Jahmal Banks, Isaiah Neyor, and Isaiah Garcia-Castaneda

Transfer wideouts Banks, Neyor, and Garcia-Castaneda are set to be standout players on Nebraska's roster. With projected starting quarterback Dylan Raiola slinging balls next season, the receiving corps has an opportunity to bring back the storied Cornhusker program.
- Top receivers: Kaden Prather, Tai Felton, and Braeden Wisloski

Despite losing starting quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa to the NFL Draft, the Terrapins' receiving room should have a great season in 2024. Prather, Felton, and Wisloski will most likely be Maryland's leaders in yards and scoring next year.
- Top receivers: Bryson Green, CJ Williams, Will Pauling, and Vinny Anthony

The Badgers have a leg up on the bottom half of this list simply due to their depth at the wide receiver position. Green, Williams, Pauling, and Anthony all have the opportunity to become WR1 for Wisconsin and should lead the Badgers to an incredible 2024 season.
- Top receivers: Jaron Glover, Montorie Foster, and TJ Sheffield

New head coach Jonathan Smith has attracted a horde of all-star transfers to the Michigan State program. However, Glover and Foster are two returners that the Spartans will be able to lean on in the coming season while Sheffield, a transfer from Purdue, will add a heaping of experience that the WR room needs.
- Top receivers: Giles Jackson, Jeremiah Hunter, Rashid Williams

Even though the Huskies won't have Germie Bernard or Rome Odunze on the field next season, Washington will be just fine in 2024. Jackson, Hunter, and Williams combining forces as the team enters the Big Ten will make for a hard-to-beat receiving corps.
- Top receivers: Tyler Morris, Semaj Morgan, and Fredrick Moore

The defending national champions will have different faces in their starting lineups next season, including at the head coach position. As Sherrone Moore looks to build on the Wolverines' momentum from last season, Morris, Morgan, and (Frederick) Moore will lead Michigan's offensive charge through the air.
- Top receivers: Omari Evans, Julian Fleming, and Malik McClain

While Drew Allar needs (a lot) of work, his targets on the field have shown a lot of promise. Evans, Fleming, and McClain will be a formidable force for defenses to handle as they try to connect with their quarterback through the air. If Allar can lock in his spiral, Penn State will have one of the top receiving corps in the nation.
- Top receivers: Duce Robinson, Kyron Hudson, and Zachariah Branch

The Trojans will surprise the Big Ten with their receiving talent next season. While Caleb Williams is heading to a promising career in the NFL and USC is entering a new conference, after struggling for a season, the team should do extremely well through the air in 2024. Robinson will become a star for the Trojans and pair nicely with Hudson and Branch.
- Top receivers: Emeka Egbuka, Carnell Tate, Brandon Smith, and Jeremiah Smith

Emeka Egbuka is arguably the best wideout in the Big Ten and he is certainly the highlight of Ohio State's receiving room. Brandon Smith, Carnell Tate, and Jeremiah Smith only add to the Buckeyes' impressive roster for the upcoming season.
- Top receivers: Evan Stewart, Tez Johnson, Traeshon Holden, Gary Bryant Jr.

Luckily for Duck fans, Dan Lanning and Will Stein have built one of the best receiving rooms in the nation. With veteran returners Traeshon Holden, Gary Bryant Jr., and Tez Johnson joining forces with star transfer Evan Stewart, the Ducks should be unstoppable through the air.
