Where does Oregon football fall in the way-too-early 2024 Big Ten rankings?

With a class ranked 24th nationally but 7th in the Big Ten, I see Wisconsin having a surprisingly good season in 2024. Consisting of eight 4-star and fourteen 3-star recruits, head coach Luke Fickel will have a strong freshman class to coach up.
The Badgers capped off their 2023 season with a close loss to #12 LSU to finish with a record of 7-6. The performance highlighted the offensive skills the team had but Wisconsin will have to replace quarterback Tanner Mordecai and running back Braelon Allen.
Mordecai and Allen accounted for 25 touchdowns out of the team's 32 total finishes in the endzone.
These will be big gaps to fill but the Badgers have redshirt senior Tyler Van Dyke at quarterback as well as a sixth-year senior in Chez Mellusi at running back.
Luckily Van Dyka will have three strong receivers as targets with redshirt junior Will Pauling, junior Vinny Anthony, and senior Bryson Green likely being the starters.
