The NBC pregame crew predicted the game 4-4 Penn State, chattering and gesturing like they were trying out for a boy band, swayed by the atmosphere of the White Out. The Ducks looked calm and businesslike going through warmups, but that's not the same as live snaps.

After rain earlier, it's about 70 at kickoff and the winds are light.

Much is made about the 297 yards rushing Oregon gave up to PSU in the Big Ten Championship, but Oregon broke out to a 28-10 lead in that game. They could afford to play back a bit, in control the whole way. Two interceptions by Allar proved crucial.

"This place is incredible." I think they need to make that point 99 more times.

Dan Lanning says the key is "Feed off it." Embrace, the atmosphere and take control of the game.
