Two-time winner of the John Wooden Award, WNBA champion and Oregon legend Sabrina Ionescu took to the court at Matthew Knight Arena one more time, sneaking onto the floor for a halftime shootaround in a surprise guest appearance.
Ionescu donned baggy jeans, a fake nose and glasses before pouring in a half-dozen jumpers in a row, the accuracy giving her away despite the convincing disguise.
The Ducks didn't need her to win the actual game, drubbing Army 80-55 to reach 4-0 in out of conference basketball. Sarah Rambus and Sofia Bell shot a Sabrina-like 11-18 from the floor to lead the 2025 Ducks, good for 12 and 14 points. Bell was 4-7 on three-pointers.
Forward Mia Jacobs chipped in a team-high 17, swishing 7-7 from the line, while point guard Katie Fiso continued her stellar ballhandling with 10 assists, Off the bench, 6-4 junior Amina Muhammad sparkled on 6-7 shooting, 14 points, four rebounds and three steals.

The Sabrina cameo echoed the plot of the Hulu miniseries "Chad Powers," in which "Twisters," "Hidden Figures" and "Anyone But You" star Glen Powell plays Russ Holliday, a disgraced Oregon quarterback who puts on fake nose and a wig to get a second chance at college football.
Ionescu doesn't need a second crack at NCAA stardom, and neither do the Ducks. They're making great use of their first one.
After the game Oregon coach Kelly Graves said, "I really thought we played a good basketball game. We let them loose a little bit. I thought defensively we were a little weaker than we were offensively. I thought offensively tonight we were on point. We executed when we needed to. Jodie did an awesome job of drawing up play out of every on timeout... We shot it well and had good balance."
