As June ends, the Ducks are making moves in 2026 football recruiting.

Monday afternoon Tommy Tofi, a powerful 6-6, 335 offensive tackle from Archbishop Riordan Prep in San Francisco decommitted from the Cal Bears, just ten days after a visit to Oregon.

Tofi is a four-star prospect with offers from Texas A&M, Oregon, Miami, Ole Miss, Penn State and Auburn.

After his visit to Eugene, Tofi said to Brandon Huffman of 247 Sports, "One thing that I learned about this trip is that this program has three missions they want to accomplish this year: the Joe Moore Award, to win the Big Ten again and win a National Championship."

His brother John Tofi is a linebacker for the Bears. His father John Sr. was a 6-9 center at UTEP who played eight seasons professionally in Belgium. Tommy has played both sports in high school, a great training ground for offensive linemen in building agility and footwork.

Away from football he likes reggae music, artists like Fiji or Josh Tatofi. "I started playing in 7th grade and instantly fell in love with it," he said, in an interview with Dean Berman of Whoa Sports World.

Rivals rates the Riordan strong man as the No. 152 prospect in the 2026 class and No. 15 offensive tackle. Tofi told Bear Insider, “What I’m looking for in a program is a coach that can develop me and prepare me for the next level."
