Against the Michigan Wolverines in Week 10, Oregon wide receiver Tez Johnson went down hard after an impressive catch. The star Duck was sidelined and didn't return to the game. Just a day later, Johnson shared a highly concerning Instagram story.

After Johnson went into the medical tent and subsequently the locker room, he was seen on the sidelines in street clothes and with his right arm in a sling. After the game, Johnson did not join the postgame press conference, and head coach Dan Lanning did not share a definitive update on the receiver's status.

On Sunday, Lanning shared that the team was "still figuring it out" and he didn't have an injury update at the time.

Johnson leads the Ducks' receiver room with 649 yards, nearly 200 more yards than Traeshon Holden who has the second-most yards through the air. Johnson also has 8 touchdowns so far this season, twice as many as any other wideout.

The one good part about this unfortunate story is that Oregon has a lot of talented depth at the wide receiver position. From Holden to Evan Stewart to Justius Lowe to multiple skilled tight ends, the Ducks have people to fill the gaping hole left by Johnson's possible absence.

Johnson is a fifth-year senior and, despite his injury, will, more likely than not, not gain another year of eligibility since he already played in eight games before the Michigan matchup.

The No. 1 Oregon Ducks face the unranked Maryland Terrapins on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT on the Big Ten Network. It hasn't been determined if Johnson will be available for the Week 11 game or not.
