Goosebumps. When you hear that music, the hairs on your forearm stand up, because you know it's time to learn something exciting about Oregon football.

Episode 3 of "Under Construction" aired Thursday night, the popular video series that takes Duck fans inside fall camp.

Created by Scott Anderson and the Oregon video team, the pictures and video provide an up-close look at the meeting rooms, the philosophy and commitment that give shape to Oregon's process.

It begins with freshman safety Trey McNutt working with trainer Liz Green after suffering a broken leg in practice and undergoing surgery . McNutt's honesty and effort are sure to make him a new favorite player for many Duck fans as he attacks his rehab.

The video continues with images of support staff, reps at practice, and moments of total vulnerability. Sione Laulea relates his struggles as a young boy growing up homeless. Blake Purchase confesses he didn't make as much progress as he could have in his redshirt year, gut Dan Lanning singles him out for a tremendous effort at spring practice.

Dan Lanning tells his team he wants to do everything he can to develop them as football players, but even more so, to develop them as men.

Watching the video, it's impossible to doubt the integrity and commitment in this organization. They may lose a football game or two, but it won't be from a lack of preparation or a lowering of the standard.
