Texarkana, Texas running back Tradarian Ball announced Thursday that he's shutting down his recruitment and will sign with the Oregon Ducks in December. Speaking to Hayes Fawcett of On3 Sports, Ball announced he would take no more visits.

Ball said, "Oregon is my home. I don't want to be anywhere else."

A four-star prospect in the 2026 class from Texas High, Ball is a four-star recruit and the No. 52 prospect in the Rivals Top 100, the No. 3 all-purpose back in the nation. He'd been heavily pursued by the Texas Longhorns and had offers from Georgia, Miami, LSU and Michigan.

His announcement comes days after a flurry of poaching and decommits that's ravaged the class at Oregon and slowed their momentum in pursuit of the No. 1 class in the country. Currently the class sits at No. 5 behind USC, Clemson, LSU and Texas A&M.

The Texarkana Gazette-Times named Ball the Standout Athlete of the Year after a 2024 season in which he rushed for 14 touchdowns, caught six touchdowns and threw a touchdown pass. He scampered for 1,290 yards on the ground, 7.1 yards per rush.

Tigers' offensive coordinator Clint Toon said, "Tradarian is one of the most gifted players that I have ever been around. It seems like there is nothing he can't do on the football field."

Sudden and elusive, his highlight film with remind Duck fans of speedy two-way threats like LaMIchael James, Kenyon Barner and De'Anthony Thomas.
