In the words of the immortal Britney Spears, hit me baby, one more time.

Once again the Ducks are the featured game of the week on CBS as Oregon's rivalry clash with the dirty Dawgs is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. PT on the network from Husky Stadium. It'll be Gary Danielson's last regular season game as a color analyst as he's retiring this year.

He joins play-by-play voice Brad Nessler and sideline reporter Jenny Dell on the broadcast.

On the field, the 10-1 Webfoots try to make it two in a row over Dubs Down while vying for Dan Lanning's first win in Depression City. He's 0-1 at Husky Stadium, having lost there 36-33 in October 2023, part of a string of three losses to Kalen DeBoer and Michael Penix at the start of his head coaching career.

Lanning vies to extend career mastery over Dedd Fisch

He's 3-0 lifetime against Dedd Fisch, however, having beaten the visor-wearing buffoon 49-22 last season and twice when he was at Arizona.

The 8-3 Huskies are a 6.5-point underdog for the game Saturday, with the over/under set at 52.5 and the Moneyline Oregon -260, Washington +210. The early weather forecast calls for a high of 49, winds SE at 9 mph and a 55 percent chance of rain.

Eliminated from the playoffs after a 13-10 loss to hapless Wisconsin, the Dawgs crushed UCLA 48-14 at the Rose Bowl Saturday to reach 8-3. Demond Williams threw for 213 yards and two touchdowns while backup running back Adam Mohammed toted the rock 21 times for 108 yards.
