Yahoo! Sports: Oregon Ducks vs Michigan State Among Most Intriguing Games of 2014

When it comes to college football in 2014 it will be about who wins and loses, but before we get to the game on the field we can look at the schedule until our eyes turn red. Apparently the folks at Yahoo! Sports did this and came up with their list of the most intriguing games for the upcoming season and one game with the Oregon Ducks is near the top of the list.

Oregon and Michigan State will face off in a Big Ten vs Pac-12 showdown at Autzen Stadium on Saturday, September 6th in a battle between the Oregon Offense vs the Michigan State Defense and the game has been picked as the second most intriguing contest of the year right behind the SEC matchup between Auburn and Alabama and in front of Florida and Florida State. The Pac-12 Conference had several other games on the top twenty five list including Texas and UCLA. The Oregon Ducks made a second appearance with Stanford visiting Autzen in November.

The Oregon vs UCLA game also made the list. We all of course remember 2007 when Appalachian State beat the Michigan Wolverines early in the year. In 2014 this game will happen again and I’m sure that revenge is on the mind of Michigan, even though it was seven years ago. The game makes it on the end of the most intriguing list coming in at number twenty five.

The Oregon Ducks start the 2014 season hosting South Dakota on Saturday, August 30th at 7:30pm Pacific time on the Pac-12 Networks.
