The Oregon Ducks used patience at the plate to take care of Washington in Game Two on Friday night.

Oregon Ducks Starter Megan Kleist gave up a run in the top of the first inning, similar to the opening game of the series. However, the Oregon Offense picked up some hits, mainly from the top of the lineup on Friday night. Jenna Lilley hit  leadoff for the first time in Pac-12 play and her effort was rewarded with a key hit and also a big Defensive play at third to end the top of the fifth-inning.

Mike White watched three Oregon runs cross the plate in the third inning, and that would be enough. Nikki Udria was the Player of the Game with a two-RBI hit. Hitting is still on the side of cold for Oregon. The team hit .192 on the night with the Washington Huskies right behind at .190.

Kleist threw a complete game throwing seven innings and scattering five hits and one run. She had five strikeouts on the evening. The series finale is a big game for both teams trying to keep pace with Arizona.
