- Oregon receives the ball. Huff returns the ball to the Oregon 25 yard line. Thomas keeps the ball and rushes for about five yards. Thomas completes the pass to James under pressure and he gets the first down. Second and 10 – Thomas’ pass complete to Huff and he rushes into the end zone for a TD. PAT good. Oregon 29 – 16.
- Stanford will start on their 35 yard line. Taylor rushes for two yards. Stanford third and two – Luck is sacked by Hart for a loss of eight. Stanford gets called on a False Start penalty. Fourth and 14 – Stanford punts. James fumbles the punt return. Stanford will take over at the Oregon 34 yard line.
- Luck’s pass incomplete. Taylor rushes for four yards to the 30. Luck’s pass incomplete on third down. Stanford attempts a 48-yard field goal. No good. Oregon will take over.
- James’ rushes for four yards. DAT rushes for a loss of two and brings up third and eight. Thomas’ pass incomplete. Oregon will punt away.
- Luck goes back to pass, is sacked by Remington and loses the ball. Oregon recovers the fumble and they take over on about Stanford’s 12 yard line. Stanford rushes for four yards and brings up a second and six. Luck’s shot to the end zone incomplete. Third and six – Luck’s pass complete but short of the first down. Fourth and one and Stanford goes for it – they rush up the middle for the first down. Flag on the field – off side penalty on Oregon. First and goal – Oregon stops the run short but gets called for another off side penalty. First and goal – Luck’s pass complete in the end zone. TD Cardinal. PAT good. Oregon 36 – 23.
