#3 Brady Heslip’s Performance Against Colorado

Mar 17, 2012; Albuquerque, NM, USA; Baylor Bears guard Brady Heslip (5) shoots a three point shot against the Colorado Buffaloes during the second half in the third round of the 2012 NCAA men

In the Round of 32 on March 17th, Baylor’s Brady Heslip had a performance to remember against the Colorado Buffaloes. Heslip had twenty-seven points in the game on nine of thirteen. On top of it (and what made this moment so amazing), all of Heslip’s points in the game came from beyond the arc. He was nine of twelve from three point land and all of his twenty-seven points came from three pointers. With this performance, Heslip became the ninth player in NCAA Tournament history to make nine or more three point shots in a tournament game. Because of Heslip’s performance in this game, Baylor had the chance to make it to the Elite Eight before losing to National Champion, Kentucky.
