Can Oregon Ducks Quarterback Vernon Adams Keep Momentum Going Forward?

If you look at the statistics the last few weeks the obvious answer to this question is yes, but the Civil War on the field at times has been anything but Civil.

One team has a bowl game to play for, possibly one on New Year’s Day if the cards fall right for Oregon. The other, simply pride. Pride to go along with their first Pac-12 Conference win of the season.

Adams has been stellar the last seven weeks both throwing and running the ball. He leads the Pac-12 Conference in Quarterback efficiency and has led the charge to wins on the road against Washington, Arizona State, Cal and most recently USC at Autzen Stadium last weekend where he had more touchdowns(6) than incompletions(4) in an absolute torching of the Trojans.

It honestly feels like this season just started, but it will be over on Friday for Adams and a handful of other Seniors playing their final game in front of the Oregon faithful. Expect Adams to shine on the biggest stage in the State of Oregon for the day.
