Oregon State Quarterback Marcus McMaryion Will Look To Keep Beavers Pace

Oregon State has been decimated with injuries this season, more on Defense, but they have also struggled on Offense. The Beavers have three talented Freshman Quarterbacks and Marcus McMaryion will get the nod making him the third QB to start a game this season for Oregon State. All three Quarterbacks have at least one start, which is a big step in the rebuilding process, but likely not for Friday’s game against the Oregon Ducks.

Oregon State is averaging just under 17 points per game and rank 121st out of 128 teams this season. McMarion will look to get some points on the board early against Oregon and will look to Jordan Villamin and Victor Boldin to lead the charge against the Oregon Secondary led by Arrion Springs and the returned Chris Seisay. Springs has found his feet in the Oregon Defense and has a part in the earning a piece of the credit for the Ducks current seven game winning streak.

Quarterback Seth Collins is the emotional leader for the Oregon State Beavers Offense and I expect that Gary Andersen will use multiple Quarterbacks in the game in an attempt to throw Oregon off balance.
