Oregon Football is 2-0 at Autzen Stadium, but travels for a rare Non-Conference game to Laramie Wyoming, where the altitude could play a role on Saturday.
Oregon Gameday Live Stream vs Wyoming
Oregon Head Coach Willie Taggart probably looked at the schedule in December knowing the challenge that laid ahead. Wyoming brings an NFL First Round Quarterback in Josh Allen, who is undefeated at home this season. In the first game of the season at Iowa it was not easy. Allen threw two uncharacteristic interceptions and his young Offensive Line allowed the Iowa Defense to get to the Quarterback.
For Oregon to have success, the Ducks Linebackers will have to get to Allen. Offensively, Oregon is in good shape. The Offensive Line is playing more physical. If they can get an early push, it should make things easier for Running Back Royce Freeman. Justin Herbert has one of the best Offensive Lines in the country through two games. Oregon is ranked 2nd in the Country in Scoring entering Week 3.
Youth is being served early on the Ducks Defense with Freshman Thomas Graham stepping up. Against Nebraska he had two interceptions, and returned one for more than 20 yards. Defensive Coordinator Jim Leavitt will look for a similar effort on Saturday.
Expect Jalen Jelks and Troy Dye to be prepared up front for the Defensive Line. Both players are poised for a big game and there is no better place to step up and stand out than on the road.
Oregon Football is favored by over two touchdowns, but the crowd in War Memorial Stadium will do their best to make it difficult. They are considering this their ‘Super Bowl’ of sorts and would love to upset the Ducks and give them their first road loss.
