Troy Brown and Elijah Brown led the Oregon Ducks to a complete game as they build toward Pac-12 play.

The Oregon Ducks hosted Alabama State in a tune-up for next week’s Phil Knight Invitational and right away, you could see the difference with this Oregon team. Elijah Brown started the game with a steal and Troy Brown picked up where he left off earlier this week vs Prarie View A&M. Oregon started the game 5 for 6 from the floor.

The trend continued through the first half for Oregon. The Ducks finished the first half with 18 assists shooting over 70 percent from the floor. As a team, they hit 69 percent from beyond the arc. Alabama State was held to 33 percent in the first half. The Ducks outrebounded the Hornets in the opening stanza 21 to 6 and at times made ASU look just plain silly.

Troy Brown, Payton Pritchard and Victor Bailey were in double figures through the first half and it was clear a lot of players would see the floor in the second half.

The start of the second half saw foul trouble for Oregon. After a fast start, the Ducks were unable to find the basket in the first three minutes of the half. Troy Brown and MiKyle McIntosh ended the drought with back to back three-pointers.

As the second half wound down, Oregon held Alabama State to 2 for 16 shooting and extended their lead. Kenny Wooten made his presence felt off the bench with 13 points off 5 for 9 shooting and playing lights out Defense in the second half. The Ducks finished the game with 26 assists and a solid effort all around.
