The Oregon Ducks played their worst game of the season but managed to beat Washington State in the Pac-12 Tournament.

Oregon did not get off to a good start. Washington State started on a 4-0 run and led at the half. Troy Brown was 2-10 from the floor and 0 for 3 from three-point range scoring most of his points in the 2nd Half and Overtime to help the Ducks to a 64-62 win over the Cougars.

The Play of the Game was on the final possession as Kenny Wooten blocked the final shot that would have sent the game to a second overtime sending Oregon to a matchup against 3 Seeded Utah on Friday night. The Oregon Ducks must continue to build on their small winning streak for a chance at making the NCAA Tournament.

The Oregon Ducks shot 39 percent for the game and closer to 25 percent for much of the first half. Dana Altman watched his team struggle to score the first 20 points of the game as Troy Brown and Elijah Brown missed from pretty much everywhere on the floor. Payton Pritchard keyed the Ducks on the night.

Pritchard pushed the team into Overtime and despite missing two key free throws, found the ball on the ensuing Offensive Rebound. He finished with 18 points hitting 7 of 16 from the floor. Despite finishing with just 8 points, Troy Brown pulled down an important 11 rebounds. The Ducks hit just 44 percent of their free throws in the game.

They fought as a team when they needed to and pulled out a win over a team that has won just four games in the Pac-12 this season sending Washington State home for the offseason. Oregon now faces a bigger challenge in Utah on Friday night. If the Ducks can get past the Utes they take on Oregon State on Saturday.
