Former Oregon Duck Troy Brown is making the rounds and working out for several teams heading into the NBA Draft next week.

Troy Brown is set to workout for the Portland Trailblazers in the coming days, but earlier this week showed off his skills for the Washington Wizards. Several mock drafts have the former Oregon player heading somewhere in the middle of the first round and Washington and Portland are two teams that have recently expressed interest in the Oregon Ducks first one and done player.

Brown has been paired with Zhaire Smith in his last three team workouts. Both are wing players and both finished the 2018 season playing at a different level. While Smith and Texas A&M headed to the NCAA Tournament, Oregon saw inconsistent play making the NIT field and losing in the second round.

Troy Brown began the season on a hot streak in the non-conference showing off his skill set, but things went downhill in a hurry during Pac-12 play. He shot just 29 percent from the arc. In speaking with executives, Brown knows that his shot selection needs to improve to have a chance at the next level. With teams expressing interest the chance of him landing with a team in the upcoming draft increases.

With a week to go, Troy Brown is set to visit with the Portland Trailblazers this week. He was already linked to Portland during the NBA Combine earlier this month. According to NBC Sports, Brown also has the Milwaukee Bucks on his workout list. The Trailblazers have spent a quality amount of time with young talent in recent weeks.
