Mario Cristobal and Oregon football are rolling right along through spring ball with the spring game approaching on May 1.

Although there are three weeks before fans can see this team in action, expectations are already set for the Ducks. Many expect Oregon to be the Pac-12 title favorite while others are looking more at a national title-contending type of season.

Both are warranted expectations for a team that may just be the most talented in school history despite not having a starter named at quarterback just yet.

Cristobal has some decisions to make at some important positions, but luckily he doesn’t have to worry about a huge drop-off from the starter to the backup, for the most part. His roster will be as talented in the country and if all goes as planned, this team could be playing for big things in December and January.

There are always best and worst-case scenarios each season, but what about the most likely scenario? We are going to take a look at all three scenarios, capped off with the likely outcome for the Ducks in 2021.

Football cannot come soon enough.
