1. Oregon holds Washington State under 300 total yards

Washington State’s offense isn’t exactly high-powered, but the Cougars average about 375 yards and just over 25 points per game. They aren’t pushovers, but they aren’t going to win a shootout.

Oregon’s defense hasn’t been great this season but the amount of talent on this roster is incredible. There are All-American-level players in multiple spots on the defensive side of the ball and they just haven’t played to their potential as a unit yet.

Washington State has scored over 30 points in three of its last four games and Oregon has given up over 30 points just one time in its past four games. One side has to give.

I think Oregon’s defense is going to be far too much for Jayden de Laura and the Cougars as the Ducks hold Washington State under 300 total yards and under 20 points.

Oregon will add some style points with a 2-3 score victory on Saturday night.
