1. Joe Brady, former Panthers offensive coordinator

Joe Brady is back on the market, folks.

After helping lead LSU to one of the most explosive offensive seasons in college football history in 2019, winning a national title along the way, Matt Rhule and the Carolina Panthers poached him from the college ranks. However, after a rough start to the season in Carolina in 2021 with a nightmare quarterback situation, Brady was fired.

Now that the Panthers’ former offensive coordinator is on the market, Oregon shouldn’t even hesitate to reach out. He was one of the more brilliant offensive minds in the country in 2019.

Just how great was he as LSU’s receivers coach and passing game coordinator? Well, he helped lead LSU to the title behind Joe Burrow who had a record-breaking season and an elite receiving corps while flashing his brilliance along the way. Many believed he would soon be a college head coach but the NFL came calling.

Brady already has NFL coaching experience and won a national title as an assistant in the college ranks, making a name for himself along the way. Oh, and he’s just 32 years old.

If Oregon wants to bring that offensive explosion back to Eugene for the foreseeable future, Brady would be a fantastic hire.
