Dan Lanning's famous "Duck emoji" tweet just took the next step.

When Oregon quarterback Dante Moore announced his return for another season with the Ducks, Lanning tweeted out an even bigger Duck, emphasizing just how big a deal the announcement was.

Now, with Moore locked down for another season, it looks like Lanning could land another big-time commitment for Oregon, this one in the form of a highly coveted five-star offensive tackle.

Jordan Seaton, who has mainly been tied to the Texas Longhorns, Miami Hurricanes, and the Ducks, also took to X following Moore's announcement:

Just like that, everyone flew to their social media to say that Seaton's reaction to Moore's return could be a great sign for the Ducks. Landing a five-star OT like Seaton could be exactly what Oregon needs to take the next step with Moore holding the offensive reins next season.

In other words, Lanning may be tweeting another "big duck" before he knows it as Seaton narrows down his search for the next program to call home.

Seaton just wrapped up his sophomore year, which he spent with the Colorado Buffaloes, and announced he was heading to the transfer portal following the Buffs' lackluster end to the 2025 season.

Now, with Oregon's QB1 returning to Eugene for another year, as Miami's Carson Beck heads to the NFL Draft and Texas's Arch Manning still works to find his footing, signs are pointing toward Seaton joining the Ducks.

Seaton is the No. 1 offensive tackle and the No. 4 overall athlete in the transfer portal this year. He officially entered the portal just two days ago, on Jan. 12, and so far, zero crystal-ball predictions have been logged by experts for On3, Rivals, or 247Sports.
