Just a few weeks ago, Ohio State commit Chris Henry Jr. fueled rumors that the Ducks had a chance to flip his commitment when he wore head-to-toe Oregon gear on National Signing Day for the class of 2025. The five-star prospect from the class of 2026 is a highly coveted recruit and now, he has announced four official visits that he has scheduled over the summer.
On Thursday, Feb. 18, Henry announced that he would visit the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Oregon Ducks in June as well as the Miami Hurricanes and the USC Trojans.

Timeline according to 247Sports recruiting portal
Henry committed to the Buckeyes nearly two years ago and, since then, has been heavily recruited by programs across the country, particularly by Oregon and head coach Dan Lanning.
While there are still months (nearly a year, if we're being generous), for Henry to make his official decision, a trip to Eugene in the middle of the summer is hard for anyone to resist. It's the most beautiful time of the year in Oregon and the Ducks are in the middle of their break.
So, if Lanning and his staff can work their magic (which they have been able to work with nearly a dozen of the top recruits from the class of 2026), Henry may just be a Duck before the summer reaches its end.
