Five-star quarterback prospect Jared Curtis, from the class of 2026, has scheduled three official visits throughout the month of June, including a stop in Eugene to visit with Dan Lanning and the Oregon Ducks.
Curtis, the No. 1 quarterback in the class and the No. 4 overall athlete from 2026, is set to visit the Ducks over the weekend of June 6 – ahead of visiting the Georgia Bulldogs and the South Carolina Gamecocks over the following two weekends.
The Nashville native has received dozens of offers from Division I programs, 38 to be exact, and reportedly has significant interest in the Ducks, a few SEC programs, and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Curtis, who began receiving state-wide recognition as his high school's starting quarterback during his freshman season, led Nashville Christian High School to the semifinals of Tennessee’s Division II-A playoffs in 2023 and led his team to a State Championship to cap off an impressive 2024 season.
Lanning and the Ducks recently signed four-star quarterback Akili Smith Jr., whose father played for the Ducks in the late 90s, on National Signing Day as a part of their top-five 2025 class.
Oregon is expected to have veteran quarterback and former UCLA Bruin Dante Moore as its starting QB during the 2025 season with redshirt freshman Luke Moga and redshirt sophomore Austin Novosad as go-to backups.
The Ducks are scheduled to kick off their 2025 season on Aug. 30 at Autzen Stadium against the Montana State Bobcats, who recently finished as runner ups in the FCS.
