With more than a dozen former Ducks headed to the 2025 NFL Draft and eight of them preparing for the Reese's Senior Bowl, a lot of attention is going to the Oregon stars who are hoping to take their talents to the next level.

Garnering a lot of attention is the former Oregon offensive lineman Josh Conerly Jr. who played three seasons for the Ducks. ESPN's NFL Draft analyst Matt Miller has given Conerly a lot of praise over social media in the last week as players ramp up Senior Bowl activities.

Todd McShay, who hosts his own NFL Draft and college football podcast for The Ringer and is currently working for ESPN, has also praised Conerly as one of the top offensive tackles in the draft class.

“I think Josh Conerly might wind up being the best left tackle,” McShay said on the Bill Simmons Podcast. “He is unbelievably athletic with the way that he moves. He’s gotten better with his hands, I think there’s a chance he’s going to be a star from this class, and nobody I’ve heard or talked to is quite as high on him as I am. Keep an eye on Conerly.”

Many mock drafts have Conerly going in the middle of the first-round to second-round timeframe but McShay continued his praise of the former Duck, saying that he believes Conerly could be selected as high as the No. 10 or No. 11 pick in the Draft.

In his career, Conerly played 965 offensive snaps for the Ducks (438 run block, 521 pass block) and allowed an astonishing 6 hurries, 2 hits, and 1 sack (a pressure rate of just 0.933 percent).

The Reese's Senior Bowl is set to kick off at 11:30 a.m. PT on Feb. 1 from Mobile, AL. The 2025 NFL Draft is scheduled to begin on April 24.
