Oregon football recruiting: Elite linebacker cuts list to four after UO trip
Owings Mills, Maryland linebacker Nick Abrams visited Oregon on April 19-20. He's a four-star linebacker rated No. 240 in the 2026 class, the No. 20 linebacker.
Tuesday Abrams cut his list to four and announced official visits to his finalists, Georgia, Michigan, Alabama and Oregon. He's a former teammate of Duck cornerback Brandon Finney at the McDonogh School, another DMV (D.C.-Maryland-Virginia) product.
The Ducks have his final visit on June 20. He's told the recruiting sites, "The scheme for a linebacker is a dream," referring to the Mint defense designed by Dan Lanning and Tosh Lupoi.
He's a sideline-to-sideline linebacker who sifts through plays and squares up on people, a guy with green dot potential in the middle.
