Friday Night was a celebration inside Autzen Stadium as the Oregon Ducks responded to their shocking loss to Oklahoma State with a night filled with thrilling moments as they throttled Portland State. With the Ducks firing on all cylinders early, Dan Lanning was able to pull his starters, and allow some of the younger players to gain valuable game experience.
While a ton of freshmen entered the game at halftime, Kendre Harrison checked in much earlier as he helped the offense replace Jamari Johnson who was out with an injury. Dante Moore found his 5-star freshman tight end Kendre Harrison early for a touchdown, and he left plenty to be excited about as a blocker and a receiver.

While the fans in attendance were enjoying the playing of Shout, there was a quick reason to be concerned. At the start of the 4th quarter, Kendre Harrison walked into the tunnel with a towel over his head alongside a trainer as he appeared to be injured. A few moments before Harrison left the sideline, he was banged up, but was able to make it over to the sideline.
What should've been an incredibly happy night has caused plenty of concern as Jeremiah McClellan warmed up just to be spotted on crutches and in a walking boot while Harrison appears to be dealing with injury. Aside from a win, the biggest hope in a game like this is to leave as healthy as possible, especially with Big Ten play on the horizon.
Kendre Harrison was electric on Friday Night, catching 4 passes for 53 yards and a touchdown in the win.

If Kendre Harrison's injury proves to be a long-term concern, it quickly brings into question the depth at tight end ahead of the USC game. Jamari Johnson has missed the last two games with an injury, and now Harrison's future is up in the air. If both are out next weekend, it's going to be up to Andrew Olesh and Markus Dixon to rise to the occasion and help Dante Moore in the passing attack.
