The biggest focus right now for the Oregon football program is going on a serious run on the recruiting trail. After some flips that hurt the Ducks, Oregon currently holds the Nation's 10th ranked recruiting class. While signing a top 10 class would be fine, it's not Dan Lanning's style as Oregon has made a tradition out of signing top 5 classes nationally.
Official Visit season is kicking off as the Nation's top recruits will take visits to some of the top programs on a weekly basis. It should be a busy summer in Eugene, and Dan Lanning and the staff will have a chance to add another elite recruit to the list, and he'd give Ducks fans a great reason to point and laugh at Washington.
Oregon cracks the final 4 for one of Washington's top recruits
On Wednesday Night, 4-star offensive line recruit Gecova Doyal announced a final 4, which will set everyone up for a West Coast clash with Oregon, UCLA, Utah, and Washington, making the cut.

According to Rivals' Industry Recruiting Rankings, Gecova Doyal is a 4-star recruit ranked as the 348th ranked player in the country, the 24th ranked interior offensive lineman in the class, and the 5th ranked player out of Washington.
Having a chance to reel in one of the top recruits from Washington's backyard with a recruit the Huskies would love to land would only add to the excitement of landing a recruit. Jedd Fisch has done a solid job keeping the top recruits in Washington, but Dan Lanning could deal him one of the first major blows in this cycle.
The Oregon Ducks have emerged as one of the front-runners, arguably at the top of the list for Gecova Doyal. Oregon got Gecova Doyal on campus for Junior Day this spring, and A'lique Terry and Marshall Malchow took a visit to Doyal at the start of May as the staff continues their push.
Thank you @105CoachTerry and @MarshallDucks for taking the time and coming out to have dinner with my family and I!! Excited to be back up for my OV! @CoachDanLanning @CoachWalk53 @FaipeaAvaava @Coach_TuiAvaava @CoachDjayy @BrandonHuffman @BlairAngulo @GregBiggins pic.twitter.com/ruLaMUTTmi

After signing just 3 offensive line recruits last offseason, the Oregon Ducks are going to need to sign a bigger class. As of late, Oregon has started to piece the class together adding Gus Corsair and Cameron Wagner to Avery Michael to give the Ducks a solid trio to start building around.
This Summer, Oregon could put an exclamation mark on this recruiting class, especially on the offensive line. The Ducks are contenders for Doyal, 4-star Ismael Camara, and several other offensive linemen, which would give the program a solid future in the trenches.
