Over the past four months, players and coaches alike have moved from one team to another to find their home for the 2024 college football season.

In preparation to enter the Big Ten, Dan Lanning and the Ducks have beefed up their roster during the spring transfer portal and many of their future conference opponents have done the same.

As the spring window comes to a close, which teams in the conference have risen in the rankings and which squads have fallen short of greatness?
