The 2024 NFL Draft is just a couple of days away and this time of offseason always calls for a look through the past.

This year, 13 former Oregon Ducks will be waiting in the wings as they wait to hear their names called during the seven rounds of the draft.

Just a year ago, an astonishing six Ducks were selected in the 2023 NFL Draft.

As the upcoming draft rapidly approaches, take a look back at when those six drafts were taken during the previous draft:

Christian Gonzalez was selected 17th overall by the New England Patriots as the highest drafted Duck in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Despite suffering a season-ending injury during his rookie season, Christian Gonzalez was awarded the Defensive Rookie of the Month in September.

Gonzalez has already recorded 17 tackles, 3 pass deflections, 1 sack, and 1 interception.

DJ Johnson was selected in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers as the 80th overall pick.

Even though DJ Johnson was a backup linebacker for the Carolina Panthers last season, he racked up 16 total tackles and just 1 pass deflection.

A star and familial legacy for the Ducks, Noah Sewell was shockingly not called until the 148th overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.

The Chicago Bears selected Sewell in the fifth round and he had a relatively disappointing rookie season. In 2023, he had just 9 tackles and 1 forced fumble.

After being selected in the sixth round of the 2023 NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens, Malaesala Aumavae-Laulu didn't play a single snap over his rookie season.

However, Aumavae-Laulu did earn a First-Team Offensive honor at the Ravens minicamp ahead of the 2023 season.

Before he suffered a season-ending injury, Jordan Riley earned 8 total tackles for the Giants in his rookie season.

New York selected Riley in the final round of the 2023 NFL Draft as the 243rd overall pick.

Oregon's legendary center Alex Forsyth was as close to heartbreak as a player can get in the NFL Draft. The former Duck was the final pick of the 2023 draft as the Denver Broncos selected him 257th overall.

Forsyth has yet to play a snap for the Broncos but is still active on Denver's roster.
