How does a team that squeaked by Idaho in the opener by 10 and then needed a fourth-quarter comeback against Boise State at home to win give 17 points to a hosting rival? It almost makes no sense that it's worth betting on.

The Ducks are hungry to prove themselves and this would be the perfect game to do so: against a rebuilding rival without much of an offensive attack.
