While people have projected who the Ducks would face in the Big Ten Championship for weeks, it's now official. The Oregon Ducks have confirmed their spot in the conference title game during their first-ever season as a part of the Big Ten.

On Tuesday, Nov. 19, the Big Ten announced that Oregon was officially bound for Indianapolis and the 2024 Discover Big Ten Championship Game.

So far this season, the Ducks have gone 11-0 overall and have marched their way past every conference opponent they have yet to play. With just one regular-season game remaining, agains the Washington Huskies, Oregon punched their ticket to the conference championship.

The Ducks have held the No. 1 spot in the country for more than a month, the longest streak of the season, and secured the consensus No. 1 place in the latest College Football Playoff rankings.

Behind stars like quarterback Dillon Gabriel, running backs Jordan James and Noah Whittington, and the entire defensive unit, Oregon has thrived during its first season in the Big Ten. Despite close calls against Ohio State and Wisconsin, the Ducks have dominated their conference opponents so far.

Gabriel has the 18th-most passing yards in the country with 281.4 yards per game and the Oregon defense has held opponents to an average of 15.7 per game, the ninth-best in the nation. The Ducks are on a bye in Week 13 and will play UW in Eugene on Nov. 30, the Ducks' final regular-season game of the year.

The Big Ten Championship game is scheduled to kick off on Dec. 7 from the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN.
