Dana Altman had a problem. When you have too many players at one position, something like this is bound to happen. According to the Oregonian, Kendall Small is leaving the Oregon Basketball program. He averaged just under two points per game his Freshman year and with the addition, or re-addition of Dylan Ennis to the program and everyone returning from last season, the log jam was clear.

With there already a solid mix of talent at the Guard position, and the addition of another young man in Payton Pritchard joining the fray, someone had to make a move. With the transfer of Small, Altman now has some shuffling to do with two available Scholarships now available for the upcoming season.

Duck Territory says Kendall Small was a Top 100 and Four-Star recruit when he committed to play for the Oregon Ducks. He has three years of eligibility remaining, and will have to sit out the 2016-17 season when he does choose his next destination.
