Oregon Ducks Lose Offensive Lineman Tyrell Crosby For Season

The Oregon Ducks Offensive Line lost a key member for the season on Monday.

The hits just keep on coming. It has not been a good Monday for the Oregon Ducks and their fans. Word came that two pieces of the Oregon Offense were lost for the season with Wide Receiver Devon Allen out with a knee injury and Left Tackle Tyrell Crosby also out for the rest of the year with a foot injury.

Crosby is one of two experienced Offensive Lineman entering the 2016 season with several Freshman getting plenty of playing time the first three games. According to Comcast Sportsnet Northwest, the injury happened during the game against Nebraska. It was a foot injury.

Left Tackle Tyrell Crosby has not had the most healthy season so far for the Oregon Ducks. He missed the game against UC Davis, but was able to play against Virginia two weeks ago. There is a third member of the Offense that left the Nebraska game with an injury.

Starting Running Back Royce Freeman is also among the walking wounded, but was seen following practice on Monday walking without any assistance. He was not wearing a boot, but was stepping more lightly on his left side after leaving the game on Saturday.

While the Oregon Ducks young Offensive Line has performed relatively well in the first three games, Cameron Hunt is the lone Senior Leadership left standing entering Pac-12 play. Oregon takes Colorado on Saturday. (2:30pm Pacific Time, Pac12 Network)
